Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Cella

Location: Novi, MichiganJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $75,000 - 100,000 per yearWe are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and results-driven Marketing & Events Manager for an onsite position reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading and executing company-wide marketing initiatives, managing the marketing budget, and coordinating key events to ensure consistent branding and communication across the entire organization. You will oversee the development of comprehensive marketing plans, media outreach, and public relations strategies, while collaborating closely with global corporate marketing teams to align regional execution with overarching corporate strategy. Additionally, you will utilize data analytics to evaluate campaign performance and measure ROI, and you will travel up to 15% of the time to represent the organization and manage logistics at industry trade shows and events.Qualifications:Associate degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.3-5 years of marketing and event planning experience required, preferably in a management or leadership position.Demonstrated strategic marketing skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with international marketing teams.Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong customer service abilities.Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.A clear driving record containing no more than two minor moving violations in three years and no major violations in the last seven years.Must be able to work 100% onsite at the local office.Ability to travel up to 15% (domestically or internationally) for trade shows and events, including potential travel of up to two weeks at a time during peak event seasons.
