Internal Title:Marketing Assistant (Student)Department:University Marketing and CommunicationPosition Type:STUD - Student PositionBasis:N/A - Student PositionHours per week:Hours Vary (temporary)Normal work days:Days VaryNormal work hours:VariesFLSA:NonexemptJob Details:The Office of University Marketing and Communication is seeking a student to assist the social media team in creating, managing, and implementing social media strategies, along with general office duties.Duties may include, but are not limited to:Writing social media content such as captions, scripts, and alt textAssisting with social media research to identify trends and opportunitiesSupporting the creation and scheduling of social media content, including posts, stories, and videosMaintaining records of social media processes and content calendarsMonitoring and analyzing audience engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedInParticipating in and documenting campus events to generate real-time social contentFor more information regarding this position please contact Jordan Rutherford at [email protected].
