We dont care about your specific label; we care about your taste and your drive.We are looking for generalists who have a natural interest/understanding in a mix of the following areas:Visual Identity: Branding package design and graphic design.Content Creation: Social media marketing Reels/TikTok trends and brand messaging.The Hype Factor: Influencer program management hype-based marketing and networking.E-Commerce: E-commerce sales social media selling (TikTok Shop IG) and 3rd party marketplaces (Amazon Walmart Target).Distribution: Retail/Wholesale market placement and strategy.Who You AreYou Have The Eye: You understand what looks good and what sells. You get why a font choice matters on packaging and why a hook matters in a Reel.You Are an Autodidact: You dont wait for a manual. If you dont know how to do something you watch a tutorial read a blog and figure it out. You take ownership of your own self-growth.You Are Ambitious: You want to grow with a company. You arent looking for a 9-to-5 where you can hide; you want a role where your impact is visible.You Are Adaptable: Modern marketing changes every week. You are comfortable pivoting from analyzing Amazon sales data in the morning to coordinating an influencer unboxing in the afternoon.You Can Take Feedback Like a Pro:Great marketing requires iteration.
