Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated marketing associate to join our growing marketing department. As a successful hire, you will enforce brand guidelines, manage social media platforms, and design marketing material.
In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have exceptional organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and/or the drive to absorb professional instruction quickly.
Responsibilities
Enforce brand guidelines across multiple locations and departments.
Assist with developing marketing and sales pieces for client onboarding, educational events, and newsletters for existing clients (may include writing, editing, design & working with vendors)
Design social media graphics & schedule campaigns.
Prepare detailed presentations.
Assist with trade shows and events, booth setup and materials, speaker presentations, and other event coordination duties.
Manage, prioritize, and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously.
Assist with maintaining the firm's online presence, including the website, digital campaigns, and social media profiles.
Work Environment
Professional office environment. Occasional travel to attend client events, seminars, and training. Some evenings or early mornings may be required.
Qualifications
Within 1 year of obtaining BA or BS degree or Associates degree with 1-2 years of related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in various Microsoft & Adobe software programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
Ability to work independently with little direction, manage time effectively to complete deadlines, and manage projects from start to finish.
Capability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, and WordPress.
