Marketing Coordinator at Fixity Technologies LLC

Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: Rockville MD (On-Site) We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen our brand presence build partnerships and enhance community engagement through social media events and professional networks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn grow and represent our organization at industry events. Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media strategies (LinkedIn X Instagram etc.). Manage coordination of conferences tradeshows and networking events. Create marketing materials (flyers posts newsletters etc.) in collaboration with design/communications teams. Drive social media content calendar and analytics to track engagement. Support proposal and BD teams by maintaining corporate capability decks and marketing collateral. Research and identify partnership and visibility opportunities within the GovCon/Health IT community. Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships or part-time roles acceptable). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in representing the organization externally. Proficiency with social media platforms Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
