Plan and attend local marketing events. Essential Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesActs as a physician liaison to develop and maintain a positive relationship between the referral coordinator physician and the companyEstablishes and maintains an ongoing public relations program and marketing plan to increase community understanding improve relations with physicians and other care clinicians.Meetswith referral coordinators/community resources on an ongoing basis to develop and maintain a positive relationship and generate referrals.Researches for and schedules community marketing opportunities.Assists colleagues with tasks as needed to ensure efficient work flow within the company.Implements plan of action based on staffing needs.Prepares and update weekly reports marketing reports.Utilize and maintain budget for marketing purposes.The above statements are intended to be a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job. The incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those stated in this description.Position QualificationsHigh school graduate required. Must be able to read and write English.
