Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $60-70 Hourly Start Date: 12.15.2025 Lead digital marketing strategy and execution, including SEO, paid media, email, social and AI-driven search optimization.Oversee website rebuild and ensure seamless functionality for franchise owners and customers.Implement lead tracking and attribution systems with clear dashboards for performance visibility.Manage a team that handles owner complaints and system issues related to digital tools.Collaborate cross-functionally with content marketing, local marketing coaches, and operations to ensure decisions align with franchise owner success.Act as a strategic leader for vendor relationships while being hands-on for owner support and issue resolution.Required SkillsDigital Marketing Expertise: Google Ads / Analytics, SEO, PPC, Website build & management, Marketing automation tools (i.e. hubspot)Analytics & Data Implementation: Ability to define a marketing data attribution model, build dashboards, interpret data, and drive decisions based on insights.Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and deliver large-scale projects (e.g., website rebuild).Vendor Management: Skilled in negotiating and managing external partners.Anticipates Industry Trends & Technology Changes: Familiarity with AI-driven search optimization and stays on top of emerging digital trends.Budget Optimization: Strong understanding of how to allocate and optimize a digital marketing budget to achieve the highest ROI possible.Personality & Leadership TraitsTeam-First Mindset: Collaborative, supportive, and focused on shared success.Accountability: Owns outcomes, follows through on commitments, and ensures the team delivers on expectations.Strategic & Hands-On Balance: Can delegate effectively but steps in when needed for critical issues.Adaptable & Solution-Oriented: Handles change with confidence and keeps projects moving forward.Strong Communicator: Clear, proactive communication with internal teams and franchise owners.
