Our progressive approach connects treatments and providers to support healing of both body and mind.We are currently seeking a full-time day-shift Skill Builder I to join our team in the Connxxions program located in Richmond Indiana.About the Role:As a Skill Builder I youll play a vital role in helping patients and families develop essential life skills that support developmental milestones and reduce psychosocial barriers. Youll work closely with therapists and medical staff to coordinate care and implement individualized treatment plans.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with therapists to develop implement and revise treatment plans.Deliver individual and group skills training for adults and children focusing on:Self-care and daily life managementInterpersonal communication and parentingIllness and anger managementPositive coping and problem-solving skillsProvide case management services aligned with treatment goals.Support integrated care by coordinating with medical providers and identifying health-related needs.Complete CANS/ANSA reassessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.Serve as a liaison between patients and external agencies or institutions.Participate in ongoing professional development and training.What Were Looking For:Were seeking compassionate motivated individuals who are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a collaborative team-based environment.
