We are seeking a compassionate, growth-oriented Associate Optometrist to join our practice and support continued expansion, including the development of specialty services.

Position Highlights:

  • 4-day workweek (5-day option available)
  • No weekends and no on-call responsibilities
  • 30-minute comprehensive exams that are never rushed

Technology and Clinical Scope:

You will practice full-scope optometry using advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including:

  • Optos widefield imaging
  • Optovue OCT
  • TearLab
  • Humphrey Visual Field
  • Oculus Keratograph
  • OptiLight IPL
  • In-house finishing lab
  • Optical boutique featuring curated, high-quality eyewear

Our clinical environment is designed to support thorough care, professional autonomy, and continued clinical development.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) licensed or eligible for licensure in California
  • Glaucoma certification preferred
  • Interest in expanding specialty care services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to lifelong learning
