Marketing Manager I/II, Consumer Marketing

The Marketing Manager I/II, Consumer Marketing, plays an integral role in driving success by leveraging DTC strategies and best-in-class execution in support of the Migraine Franchise and the extended cross-functional Consumer Team.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into omnichannel marketing plans that reflect the positioning of the brand, while aligning to brand objectives
  • Lead the creative development and deployment of insight-driven, channel-specific, and personalized content.
  • Pull through strategic direction for agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals
  • Work closely with marketing / media teams and external media agencies to develop and execute working media investment plans.
  • Work with research/analytics teams to generate and analyze consumer data/insights to inform and improve audience focus, tactical execution and ROI.
  • Work with cross functional partners to enhance brand messaging and strengthen promotional claims within the label.
  • Partner with internal groups (e.g. Public Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Medical and Project Management) to ensure compliance and consistency in approach and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Consumer marketing or relevant marketing experience.
  • Competency in core marketing capabilities such as creative development, translating analysis to insights, optimization across the marketing mix
  • Experience developing and executing marketing assets across key touchpoints (i.e. TV, Digital, Social, Website, CRM).
  • Experience identifying key campaign metrics (KPIs) and utilizing for continuous enhancements and future design/innovation.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
  • This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.

Pay Range: $109500 - 208500 USD

Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
