Marketing Operations Coordinator at Cella

Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $19 - 24 per hourWe are seeking a talented Beauty Coordinator or Marketing Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client in the Global Beauty and Cosmetics industry.Location/Commutability: Candidates must be commutable to the following Location: New York, NY (Hudson Yards area). Responsibilities:The Beauty Marketing Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary operational link for the Makeup and Fragrance teams. This role is responsible for the technical and logistical foundation of product launches, focusing on SKU management, procurement, and digital asset coordination.SKU & Data Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end creation and management of product codes; maintain accuracy for all retail products and marketing material SKU databases.Procurement & Finance Support: Facilitate the creation of purchase orders (POs) and manage internal order forms to support various product launches.Logistics Coordination: Execute complex product requests, including shipments to retailers, internal SHOP orders, and fulfillment for Creative and Merchandising departments.Digital & Content Integration: Facilitate the creation and maintenance of Product Detail Pages (PDP) in coordination with Brand Asset Management; oversee Ratings & Reviews campaigns via Bazaarvoice.Communications: Support the beauty team in the co-creation of internal marketing newsletters.Inventory Management: Responsible for the physical organization and inventory tracking of the onsite product closet.Qualifications:Successful candidates must be highly process-oriented and possess a strong work ethic suited for a high-volume operational environment.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience. Direct experience within the beauty, retail, or cosmetics industry is required to ensure familiarity with industry-standard product lifecycles.Operational Skills: Proven ability to manage data entry, product coding, and logistical tracking with 100% accuracy.Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
