Marketing Operations Manager at Cella

Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and supplier engagement.Manage co-branded programs and virtual trainings to help the company lead the industry in supplier onboarding.Oversee B2B eCommerce website performance, managing product data and digital assets within the generalized PIM system.Optimize enterprise ERP and CRM platforms to improve pipeline visibility, track marketing attribution, and support sales.Analyze cross-channel data to build dashboards and deliver actionable insights for a dynamic, high-visibility business unit.Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to continuously identify process improvements and align marketing with revenue goals.
