This role is essential to ensuring our marketing tools work seamlessly together and that our marketing team has the data and automation they need to succeed.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented technically savvy and eager to learn how marketing technology drives business results. Youll work hands-on with HubSpot Google Analytics SEO tools and marketing automation while developing your expertise in marketing operations.What Youll Do at Live OakExecute and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot including email campaigns lead nurturing sequences and form configurationsSet up and monitor Google Analytics tracking to ensure accurate data collection and reporting on campaign performanceSupport SEO initiatives by implementing on-page optimization conducting keyword research and tracking organic search performanceManage marketing database hygiene including list segmentation data imports duplicate management and contact record updatesCreate and maintain marketing reports and dashboards that track key metrics like lead generation email performance and website trafficTroubleshoot technical issues with marketing tools and coordinate with vendors or IT when neededTest and QA marketing campaigns landing pages and forms before launch to ensure proper functionalityDocument marketing processes workflows and best practices to maintain operational consistencyAssist with integration between HubSpot and other business systems to maintain data flow and accuracyStay up-to-date on marketing technology features and recommend improvements to existing workflowsRequired Qualifications2-4 years of experience in marketing operations marketing coordination or a similar roleHands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub Enterprise including email creation workflow automation and list managementWorking knowledge of Google Analytics including basic tracking setup and report creationSolid understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search enginesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across systemsComfortable learning new marketing tools and technologies quicklyStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trendsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyClear communicator who can collaborate effectively with marketing team membersProcess-oriented mindset with eagerness to document and improve workflowsPreferred QualificationsHubSpot certification (any level) or demonstrated platform expertiseGoogle Analytics certification or equivalent trainingExperience with additional marketing tools like Salesforce WordPress or social media management platformsSolid knowledge of HTML/CSS or willingness to learnUnderstanding of marketing funnels and lead lifecycle stagesExperience with data visualization or reporting toolsBachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related fieldOur ValuesDedication:Possess a deep commitment to Live Oak Banks mission and core values exemplified through a strong work ethic adaptability and pride in your work.Ownership:Take initiative to deliver positive results by proactively and creatively solving problems while maintaining a high degree of quality.Respect:Treat everyone with courtesy politeness and kindness.Innovation:Embrace fresh ideas and fearlessly contribute new solutions to emerging or existing problems.Teamwork: Foster collaboration accountability and trust with others and understand that together we do moreFor a detailed overview of our employee benefits please visit: Oak Bank is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives subject to various metrics and company policy.
