Establish and activate new project management processes and SOPs across the Advancement Team (development & marketing) Communications & Brand and Box Office departmentsDrive organization-wide adoption of Asana serving as the teams super-user and championCapture all current projects and tasks in Asana before the season continues in March 2026Collaborate across departments with CRM (Tessitura) leads data analysts IT HR and accounting to ensure project timelines and budgets are metWork directly with department heads and both internal team members and external vendors/contractorsDocument all processes you establish to eventually train a future full-time PMBalance supporting team members with holding them accountable for deliverables and deadlinesQualifications : Mid-level project management experience ideally with brand-side (not just agency-side) experienceProven track record creating SOPs and establishing processes from scratch not just following existing onesAsana super-user with deep knowledge of the platforms features and capabilitiesExperience bringing order to chaotic environments and creating cultural calmness during periods of transitionPMP certification or similar credentials (preferred but not required)Familiarity with marketing channels including paid social SEM email marketing graphic design/copywriting projects CRM-driven lead generation PR and video productionPatient empathetic communicator who can win trust and drive adoption of new processesHighly focuse with a passion for building and activating internal processesResilient resourceful and tenacious with a sense of humorGenuine desire to set others up for successExperience with performing arts clients or adjacent industries is a bonusAdditional Information :  We Are Rosie is an equal opportunity employer.
