We are looking for a creative organized and highly proactive Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our online presence across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands branding content strategy and engagement and can execute from start to finish.LOCATION REQUIREMENT - PHILIPPINES ONLYOnly candidates residing in the Philippines will be considered for this position.ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging on-brand content for Instagram Facebook and LinkedInDesign graphics reels stories and promotional materialsPlan and manage a consistent posting scheduleMonitor engagement respond to comments and messages and build communityAnalyze performance metrics and optimize content for growthStay updated on trends and best practicesCollaborate with the team to support campaigns and company initiativesRequirementsProven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or examples required)Strong graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)Excellent writing and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesBasic understanding of analytics and audience insightsCreativity attention to detail and a growth mindsetMust have proven experience as a Social Media Manager in the real estate industry.
