Marketing Support Coordinator Location Grapevine, TX Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $50,000-$60,000 annually Full-time, standard business hours W2, Non-Exempt Start date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT: The Marketing Support Coordinator drives operational excellence across the Marketing & Communications function. This role ensures proposals, conferences, sales materials, and CRM data are accurate, timely, and client-ready. Success is defined by seamless event execution, organized systems, responsive sales support, and high-quality marketing deliverables that strengthen client relationships and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Coordinate administrative and marketing operations including calendar management, departmental meetings, purchase orders, expense reports, and supply inventory Support sales efforts through renewal proposal development, new proposal assistance, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) updates, reporting, and comparative market research Coordinate conferences and client events, including logistics, vendor communication, microsite updates, shipping/tracking, and branded materials preparation Manage marketing equipment and supplies, including printers and shipping tools, and train team members on proper use Assist with rebranding initiatives, marketing collateral updates, presentation development, and ad hoc departmental projects Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, administrative support, or related role Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated project management and organizational ability Core Tools & Systems Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Salesforce CRM and proposal management platforms (Loopio, Qvidian, RFPIO or similar) Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva SharePoint Smartsheet WordPress Preferred Skills Experience in insurance, healthcare, higher education, or benefits-related industries Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and content strategy Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, or multi-location event coordination
