DescriptionPosition: Marketing Specialist Fire Protection Global Corporate HeadquartersReports To: Marketing Manager Fire Protection Global Corporate HeadquartersLocation: Easton Pennsylvania 18040Aligned with the sales growth strategy the Marketing Specialist Fire Protection is responsible for spearheading the strategic development and implementation of integrated B2B marketing communication campaigns targeting the global commercial construction industry.Victaulic is looking for a candidate who has experience working with sales leadership agencies in-house teams and cross-functional groups combined with a natural ability to collaborate to execute comprehensive campaigns across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with direct experience driving inbound and outbound marketing strategy as well as developing both technical and commercial content for the B2B market.What they bring to the table: Strong solutions-oriented mindset Driven to understand the bigger picture Attention to detail in time management creating efficiencies writing editing Acts and moves with a sense of urgency Ability to dig into the ambiguous and create actionable plans Determined and dependable team playerResponsibilities Responsible for driving alignment with the Fire Protection sales leaders Interface with local and global sales corporate and satellite marketing team members and business teams to develop new market business case sales strategy and go-to-market strategy development - drive execution of integrated marketing plan Bridge internal and external resources to strategically lead and develop tactical plans and drive them to completion. Tactical areas include but are not limited to sales collateral (technical marketing training) digital (social website video email SEO) public relations and advertising Assist in development of annual and long-range market plans and budgets Leverage market insights and voice-of-customer to create clear and value-oriented content to break-through channel noise lead strategy development creative execution and budget oversight for social print and digital promotion including KPI and reporting development Ensure the timely flow of projects and that all corporate graphic standards and guidelines are met Drive strong interdepartmental coordination and communication. Identify areas for operational improvement within responsibilities to support the companys overall objectivesQualifications College degree in marketing and/or communications desired 6 years of experience in B2B marketing. Construction industry experience desired but not required. Provide specific campaign examples Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing campaigns and strategies Strong writing editing and proofreading skills Robust collaboration and leadership skills Excellent project management and organizational skills Must have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office Adobe Acrobat Pro SharePoint Teams/Zoom and WordPress. Canva and Photoshop skills desired.
