JobTread SoftwareMarketing SpecialistFull TimeOn Location in Dallas TexasBase commissionJobTread is looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to help us grow brand awareness engage our community and drive retention across multiple channels with a strong focus on email marketing. Youll own the strategy and execution of email campaigns while also contributing to other marketing initiatives such as content social media events and digital campaigns.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats thrives on both strategy and hands-on execution and is excited to make a measurable impact on a growing SaaS company.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage email nurture campaigns to support lead conversion and customer onboarding.Create and distribute monthly newsletters to our customers and broader community.Design and launch automated email campaigns to support marketing sales and customer success initiatives.Execute non-renewal campaigns and win-back efforts to reduce churn and improve retention.Collaborate on content social paid ads and event promotion to maintain a consistent voice across all channels.Develop email templates and messaging for use by sales and customer success teams.Create and send new feature and product update announcements to drive product adoption.Creative Collaboration: Partner with design to produce branded engaging mobile-friendly templates and campaign assets.Monitor key metrics run A/B tests and recommend improvements based on insights.Work closely with sales customer success and product to ensure messaging aligns with company goals.Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (preferred).2 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in email marketing.Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for clear persuasive messaging.Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proven experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce.Knowledge of email best practices: segmentation deliverability compliance.Experience in B2B SaaS or construction industries a plus but not required.Bonus PointsExperience with HTML and email template editingFamiliarity with HubSpot Mailchimp or other email toolsUnderstanding of construction or related industriesPerksJoin a small growing team as an early team member.Upward career mobility at a high-growth startup.Make an impact and advance your career development.Opportunity to become an innovator and solve real-world problems for construction.Creative and entrepreneurial working environmentWork every day with successful smart and highly motivated people.Electronic standing/sitting desks with top of the line secondary monitors.Weekly Team Lunch Happy Hours and other team events.Casual dress code.Flexible schedule.Benefits$75-$90k base $5k bonusDental health and vision insurancePaid training401k plan matchingVacation and other Paid Time OffFree access to an onsite workout facilityAbout JobTreadJobTread provides end-to-end construction management software that helps construction businesses manage all of their processes from pre-construction through to project completion.Our full suite of features includes everything construction businesses need to manage their jobs team members documents photos customers vendors and sub-contractors all in one place.
