DescriptionThe Consumer Bank Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for driving incremental highquality customer growth by launching and leading direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns that acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships. A significant source of customer growth for Chase Consumer Bank is through acquisition marketing on our digital Owned Channels including (#1 most visited banking site) and the Chase Mobile App (#1 most downloaded banking app).As a Marketing Strategy Manager on the Acquisition Marketing team you will drive growth of new banking relationships driven by acquisition marketing through our Owned Channels.Job responsibilitiesPartner with leaders of centralized teams managing Owned Channels (for example Digital Owned Media and/or Modelling etc.) to pragmatically advance our customer growth results via strong collaboration and influenceConcept develop and propose initiatives and tests that drive growth through a deep understanding of business priorities customer segments and needs as well as Owned Channel capabilitiesCreate Owned Channel priorities and backlog recommendations to establish multi-quarter initiative roadmaps and growth targetsDeliver on growth targets by leading collaboration between Consumer Bank Acquisition and Owned Channel teams to ensure timely delivery of insights deliverables and next stepsLead Acquisition ad serving improvements in partnership Owned Media and Modelling to improve discoverability and share-of-voice of our messagesDevelop and manage Owned Channel performance tracking that provide ongoing performance insights and identify gaps or opportunities to improveIdentify triage and escalate ad performance issues for timely resolutionRequired qualifications capabilities and skills6 years of experience in digital direct-to-consumer marketing.Team player with the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization influence partners build consensus and work across various functional departmentsProven experience crafting well-structured strategic business plans using qualitative and quantitative data and producing measurable resultsAbility to present and discuss ideas with intent to persuade educate and enhance understanding across all levels of the organizationExperienced manager of marketing budgets forecasts and expected financial returnsPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsFinancial services industry experience a plusProven ability to take initiative influence others and achieve resultsConstantly pushes boundaries of what could be to drive innovationExcels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlinesLoves testing learning and taking calculated risksRequired Experience:Exec Key Skills Digital Marketing,Performance Marketing,B2B Sales,Marketing,SAAS,Growing Experience,Pardot,Attribution Modeling,Marketing Automation,Customer Segmentation,Martech,Lead Generation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
