About the Role
The marketing technology specialist will support the firm's marketing technology (MarTech) stack and its intersection with business development and communications activities. This role will provide in-house expertise, training and support for Clients & Markets on multiple MarTech platforms including webinars, website CMS, CRM, email marketing, video, experience management and analytics software. The individual is expected to be well versed in current and future technology offerings and understand how marketing technology platforms work together to optimize WilmerHale's ability to market itself to clients and prospects. The marketing technology specialist will work closely with all Clients & Markets personnel, the firm's Information Services (IS) Department, and vendors.

Required Skills
What You Will Bring to This Position
- Ability to work with and guide/educate lawyers and staff in development of marketing technologies.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
- Proven technical skills, conceptual skills development and resourcefulness.
- Solid experience in writing and editing training materials and reference guides.
- Ability to consistently meet short and long-term deadlines.
- Remains open to technological change as generative AI becomes more integrated into the firm's practice, actively develop comfort with new tools, and adapt how work is performed to support efficiency and innovation.
Required Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in digital marketing and/or information technology, preferably within a professional services environment.

- The hiring range for this position is $94,320 - $117,900 annually, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications and internal equity.
