Job Title:Master Automotive Technician / MechanicLocation:  3945 Doc Sams Rd. Cumming GA 30028Job Overview:We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic upbeat and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our customers.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsWork as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety cleanliness and organizationWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns Work together with other Technicians to solve problems meet deadlines and deliver distinguished resultsQualifications : Qualifications: Strong diagnosing ability of both mechanical and electrical complaints and and skills to repairing all makes/models of vehiclesPositive attitude and a desire to serve guest8 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanicASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieveMeet or exceed hourly goalsAptitude for learning additional skills and processesProfessional appearance and strong communicationA desire for long-term career developmentPhysical Requirements:Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmissions vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computerAdditional Information : Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency integrity and a philosophy of people first.
