This means stepping in and providing an immediate positive impact to BETA in our march to full production.How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:Facilitate coordination of new engineering designfor aircraft systemsCommunicate material and inventory requirements to relevant operations teamsAssist in the coordination of product lifecycle management from product ideation to change implementation within ERP systemsAssist in defining scope and creation of documentation pertaining to change management and implementationSupport procurement and production planning as a change analystAnalyze engineering releases data integrity and prepare product for ERP Use and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capabilityMaintain world class production standards of quality and safetyCoordinate and prioritize work in an extremely dynamic environmentCollaborate with adjacent teams on continuous improvement projectsMinimum Qualifications:2 Years experience in an aerospace manufacturing environmentDegree in an engineering disciplineGeneral understanding of PLM systems such as Smarteam 3DX Siemens and ERP systems like SAP Oracle EpicorComfortable with frequent change of direction dynamic work environment and ability to perform under pressureExtremely strong communication skillsStrong analytical problem-solving and thought leadershipSkilled in mathematics specifically in data analysisStrong ability to perform both as a part of a team and to perform as an individualDesire to change the world of aviation foreverA passion for flight!Above and Beyond Qualifications:Plex ERP ExperienceExposure to rapid manufacturing growth and preferably startup experienceInternship in manufacturing with a preference for aerospace experiencePhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
