Job SummaryThe Master Technician provides direct engineering and maintenance support for processes and equipment used to compound, fill, process, sterilize and finish pharmaceutical products in a cGMP compliant manner. They will collaborate with multiple site functions to implement new equipment and processes. The incumbent is a key contributing member to the manufacturing team. Supports the integration of purchased equipment during acceptance, installation, and validation. Responsible to lead other technicians to plan manufacturing equipment maintenance, PMs, and performance improvements.Key contributor to support/ author workplace documentation.Prepares and analyzes process and equipment layouts, helps optimize staffing efficiency, material flows, and quality improvements.Identifies and implements significant continuous improvement projects on existing processes. Performs individual engineering activities as directed.Provides leadership to enable improved manufacturing technology and process outcomes.
