This is a unique opportunity to be part of a true startup environment helping shape the culture, client experience, and growth strategy of our Austin location from the ground up.In the early stages, youll take the lead in delivering most of our personal training sessions, ensuring every client experiences the high standards and personalized care GYMGUYZ is known for. Youll also play a hands-on role in local marketing events, community outreach, and content creation as we build awareness across the Austin area.Using your extensive fitness expertise and results-driven mindset, youll promote the GYMGUYZ brand, create customized training programs, and build strong relationships with clients from the very first assessment. Youll confidently present our services, address client needs, close sales, and drive new business. As our team grows, youll mentor and develop other trainers helping shape the next generation of GYMGUYZ Austin professionals.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients throughout the Austin area, adapting to a wide range of fitness levels and goals.Lead by example as the primary trainer during the early stages of GYMGUYZ Austins launch, ensuring every client experience reflects our standards of excellence.Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, tailored to each clients goals, abilities, and preferences.Conduct initial assessments, build strong rapport with clients, and confidently close new training packages.Support local marketing events, community outreach, and partnerships that help promote GYMGUYZ Austin and generate new client leads.Participate in social media content and advertising efforts that highlight the energy and personality of the Austin team.Mentor new trainers as the team grows, helping to establish and maintain the positive, collaborative culture of GYMGUYZ Austin.Perform reassessments and renew client packages through consistent relationship management and measurable results.Drive to and from client sessions across Greater Austin, maintaining reliability and professionalism in all interactions.Manage appointments, sessions, and client notes using our scheduling and tracking systems.Attend monthly team meetings and contribute ideas that support the ongoing growth and success of GYMGUYZ Austin.QualificationsNationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).CPR/AED certification.Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.Team player or collaborative with others.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Company OverviewGYMGUYZ is the #1 in-home personal training company in the world and now were bringing that innovation to Austin, Texas!At GYMGUYZ Austin, were on a mission to make fitness more personal, more convenient, and more effective for our community.
