If youre ready to lead with purpose and help shape the future of our brand of convenient, creative and customized white labeled personal training, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Deliver personalized in-home and on-site training sessions to clients of various fitness levelsConduct initial assessments, educate prospective clients, and confidently close initial salesDesign individualized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness AppPerform client reassessments and close renewal sales.Mentor GYMGUYZ personal trainers on the teamPromote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clientsParticipate in field marketing events and outreachMaintain appointments in scheduling appQualifications:Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent)CPR/AED certificationDemonstrated ability to close sales in the fitness industryDemonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutritionProven experience delivering results-driven programming to diverse clienteleStrong leadership and mentorship mindsetExcellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence and a growth mindsetReliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout Central HoustonCompany Overview:GYMGUYZ is #1 in Home and On-Site Personal Training!
