Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Fitness Equation Master Trainers are among the best in the industry. They are expected to maintain a high level of expertise in programming while conducting workout regimens for our highest value clientele. They will stay one step ahead of the industry through a continuous self-educating process guided by their individual incite. At times they will be asked to lecture and mentor practicing trainers.Opportunities:Education Reimbursement$60-90 per hourSales commission.Responsibilities:Develop personalized exercise programs consistent with customer fitness and exercise goals.Consistently achieve monthly production goals established by the Fitness Director and/or Assistant Fitness Director.Qualifications:A current nationally accredited personal training certification (example: ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSPA) OR a college degree in exercise related fieldMust hold 1 CPT and 3 additional certifications.Must hold a current CPR / AED certification.Demonstrated previous successful personal training experience in a commercial fitness center.TFE offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a FREE membership with employment.
