Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Master Planner Aramids Intermediates Supply Chain PlannerNomex,KevlarandKevlar EXOPosition: Full TimeLocation: Multiple Sites - Role may be based in one of the following locations aligned to a local facility.Richmond, VA - USMaydown, UKAsturias, SpainBarueri - SP, Brazil (Alphaville)Note: Hybrid Schedule- position will be a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office each weekThe Master Planner will lead and analyze demand during lead time, identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with the demand team and agree to actionsDetermine the SKU inventory levels by warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while minimizing cost and inventoryExecute the SKU phase in/phase out plans with the Supply Chains and Product ManagementMaintains and coordinates the relationship among Master/Asset Scheduler, Logistics Specialist and Demand Planner as well as ensuring integration with the medium to long term distribution planManage non product inventory and work with relational functional people to find outlet or propose write off.Lead resolution of short-term supply/demand imbalances at warehouses.Participates in daily/weekly/monthly planning meetings and represents distribution requirement plans as appropriateMaintain accurate master data including planning parametersCollaborate with the demand/commercial team to validate the forecast of demand by warehouse for each SKULead strategic long term planning scenariosCost management: Production wheel management, MTO/MTS analysis and leadershipMaster data managementSupports continuous improvementJob QualificationsBachelors degree in material management, supply chain, business or similar field degree required8-10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related field preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office strong Excel skills for data management and interpretationFluent in English including speaking and writing is requiredWell organized and good documentation skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliar with SAP-BW and APICs CPIM certification preferredGeneral business acumen and supply chain acumenHighlights:Flexible work hybrid schedule (3-4 days in office)Global role with flexibility for candidate to reside at any of the following office locations (Richmond, Virginia - USA, Maydown, UK, Asturias - Spain, Alphaville - Brazil) Note candidate must be eligible to work in the country where the role is assigned.Equal Opportunity EmployerDuPont-Aramids is an equal opportunity employer.
