Through hands-on training mentorship and a culture of internal promotion we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.Job SummaryThe Master Scheduler will be based onsite in Dallas TX reporting to Production Planning ManagerResponsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product with zero downtimeHere is a glimpse of what youll do:Create daily production schedules.Supervise that deadlines are met.Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.Provide training to staff members as required.Report key metrics as required.Here is some of what youll need (required):Typically requires a Bachelors degree preference in Engineering or equivalent.Typically require a minimum of 7 years of related experience.Experience working in data centers or electronics manufacturing (electrical knowledge)3 years ERP experience required (SAP preferred)Familiar with supply chain processes (logistics materials analysis production)Knowledge of capacity analysis and process flowLean manufacturing tools green belt preferredJS21What youll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical dental and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition ReimbursementJob CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainIs Sponsorship AvailableNoCrown is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit qualifications and abilities.
