CCK’s products are often designed to endure the harshest conditions faced by customers across a variety of end markets, including agriculture technology, commercial vehicle, robotics, medical and defense.They take great pride in building boards and control panels that have been designed and manufactured by some of the most experienced people in the industry and have continued to grow despite the uncertain economy.The RoleCCK, a Foxtronics company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Master Scheduler to lead floor-level production scheduling at our Jacksonville, IL facility. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations, material readiness, and cross-functional coordination across all manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with clarity, and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.Activities: What does the jobholder have to do?Key Responsibilities:·        Develop and maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly production schedule for all manufacturing operations·        Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to review material availability and align schedules with due dates·        Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate preventive maintenance (PMs), equipment downtime, or urgent changes·        Collaborate closely with area captains, supervisors, and maintenance teams to adequately allocate labor and equipment·        Monitor production progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks·        Communicate schedule updates clearly and consistently across departments·        Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, throughput, and efficiency·        Maintain accurate production and capacity planning data within the ERP system Education and experience:·            Required:o  Proven experience in production scheduling or operations planning in a manufacturing environmento  Strong understanding of material flow, lead times, and capacity planningo  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate across teams and levelso  High adaptability and calm under pressure - thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environmentso  Proficiency in scheduling software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excelo  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail·           Preferredo  Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiativeso  Familiarity with maintenance planning and integration into production scheduleso  Prior experience in electronics, automotive, or industrial manufacturing is a plusWhy us?FOXTRONICS EMS is a highly differentiated platform in the PCBA middle market poised to become the consolidator of choice in a fragmented industry. ·        Able to handle full product lifecycle and portfolio with Quick Turn / Prototype, Low-Volume High-Mix, and High-Volume Low Mix capabilities across multiple facilities·        Proprietary global procurement capabilities to solve customers’ supply chain problems·        In house design team, injection molding, full box-build and CNC shop with experience to assemble a broad range of technologies: Rigid, Flex, Rigid Flex, Rogers, Aramats, Metal Core, Polymide and HybridsFoxhole Group has more than enough capital support to continue to pursue strategic acquisitions and has extensive experience generating and capturing value via the private equity model. They have a differentiated approach to their investments, providing a subtle nuance of support and resources whilst providing the freedom to operate and to execute the strategy, vision and mission.
