Monitor production progress and ensure schedules are followed.Coordination and Communication: Serve as a liaison between various departments including manufacturing engineering procurement and logistics to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any production related issues.Key Skills:Inventory Management: Effectively oversees and maintains accurate inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials when needed.Attention to Detail: Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in tracking and documenting material movements and transactions.Organizational Skills: Organizes and manages multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently to maintain smooth operations.Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively with team members suppliers and other stakeholders to facilitate coordination.Analytical Skills: Analyzes data and inventory reports to identify trends discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.Technical Proficiency: Utilizes inventory management software and other relevant technologies proficiently to manage material control processes.Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves issues related to material shortages excesses or discrepancies promptly and effectively.Time Management: Prioritizes tasks and manages time efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain workflow continuity.Compliance Knowledge: Ensures all material control activities comply with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.Teamwork: Collaborates effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals and enhance overall performance.This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
