This role willassistthe BIM department in creating,managingandmaintainingBuilding InformationSystems.This role will support theBIM department as we develop next-generation data center products and prototypes through developingmodels in adherence toestablisheddepartmentalBIMstandardsandensuringclash-freecoordination across disciplines.In support of a multi-disciplinary team, this position willcoordinate with regional counterparts in implementation of BIM standards andenable regions toutilizeestablished models fortheir regional projects.The ideal candidatewill havestrongproficiencyin Revit,Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360and experience with large buildings in mission critical space.Essential Job FunctionsAssistinthecreation,maintenance,and implementationofcompanyBIMstandardsInterface with regional counterparts togather feedback andcommunicate new or revised standardsDevelop,maintain,and updateRevitmodelsandcontent librariesFacilitate and overseecross-discipline coordinationto ensure clash-free models are producedPerform QA/QC ondeliverablesreceived from consulting partnersfor completeness and accuracyOwn and audit accessand/or permissionsto various modelsand librariesacross multiple internal and external stakeholdersand Common Data EnvironmentsAssistthe engineering team in space planning, programming and layout strategies fornew product development and updating existing products.DutiesCoordinate model exchanges between consulting team and internal design teamsContribute to cross-discipline coordination efforts and evaluate design concepts andoptionstudies to support the development ofdesignsCollaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Design- global and regional,new site development, in the delivery of integrated and optimized modelsProvide BIM support to regional teams asrequiredManage BIM contentand contentlibrariesJob Requirements3-5 years of experience in BIMand/or Virtual Design and ConstructionProficientin Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360,AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and AdobeInDesign.Proficientin Revit content creation,library management,modelmanagement, model coordination,model geo-positioning,Shared Parameter management,MEP systems modeling,andarchitectural drafting.Strong understanding ofconstruction drawings,LOD, BIM execution plansand BIM standardsStrong communicationand organizational skillsCAD/BIM, Autodesk Certificationpreferred but notrequiredWe operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
