Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team for the 1st shift from 4 am to 2:30 pm, working 50-60 hours per week, Monday through Friday with 10-hour days and every other Saturday for 8-hour days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and quantity of sub-assemblies.
• Engage in continuous improvement to support departmental and company goals.
• Support, participate in, and encourage team building activities.
• Provide constructive feedback to the team, related departments, and supervisors.
• Promote and maintain a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
• Work safely and efficiently while staying customer-focused.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in forklift operation.
• Basic computer skills and experience with EPICOR ERP or similar systems.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
