Regular quarterly raises from 3 months until top out pay of $32.24 is reached in 2.5 years.3rd shift hours are 8:15 pm 6:45 am M-Th (some overtime on Friday)After 90 days you will be eligible for benefits: Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account Life Insurance 401(k) 401(k) Matching Paid Time OffGENERAL SUMMARYEnsure flow of materials through the Company in order to meet the established production schedule.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKSOperate Forklift safelyPull items by hand and load onto carts for each weld boothKeep weld booths loaded with daily work materialsMove completed product away from weld booths and to the storage areaKeep material stage for both Welding and Saw DepartmentWORKING CONDITIONSManufacturing facility/ warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels.Non-temperature regulated facility.Constant material transport via fork lift throughout facility.10-hour work days 4 days per week (Monday Thursday).Mandatory overtime depending on operation schedule.Work alone or with other co-workers.Steady pace with set productivity goals to be met each day.PHYSICAL DEMANDSConstant standing bending and stooping.Frequent reaching lifting pushing and pulling.Exerting 50 lbs to 60 lbs of force occasionally and/or 20 lbs to 50 lbs of force frequently and/or up to 20 lbs of force constantly to move objects.Pushing carts loaded with material to staging areasMACHINES TOOLS EQUIPMENTFork LiftPersonal Protective EquipmentSafety Toed Shoes RequiredRequirementsSKILLS & KNOWLEDGEMaterial Handling experience preferred but not requiredMust be self-driven and have the ability to work at a quick but safe pace for the entirety of the shift.Able to read standard tape measure.Must be able to read write and perform basic math calculations.Strong mechanical aptitude.High School Diploma or GEDExperience in a LEAN manufacturing environment a plusSalary Description$22.50 per hour Key Skills Athletics,Hr Internship,Insurance Management,Insurance Paralegal,Catia,ACCA Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
