You will be based in our Anderson, SC location. This shift will start at 2:00 pm and end at 10:30 pm Monday-Friday. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Your main tasks:
- Manage Plastic Buffers in Plastics Area ensuring FIFO (First In / First Out) is maintained for the material
- Ensure Point of Use buffers (doors and cabinets) have appropriate inventory
- Return non-compliant material from doors and cabinets to Plastics
- Ensure all plastics sheet storage areas maintain 5S standards
- Support extrusion and grinding team as needed
- Work with minimal supervision and make decisions concerning quality and downtime independently.
- Identify issues and non-conformities in the buffer areas and escalate to team leaders and manufacturing leaders for resolution.
- Ability to cooperatively work with fellow team members and management in Plastics and Main Assembly departments to address non-compliance issues and drive process improvements.
- Ability to follow the production schedules and must be able to monitor multiple jobs simultaneously
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing.
- Able to use air tools, hand tools necessary to perform position.
- Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
Physical Demands:
- Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
- Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
- Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
