Materials Handler / KitterStart Time: 6:00 AMContract-to-Hire: 90 DaysPay: $17/hourJob OverviewThe Materials Handler/Kitter is responsible for pulling and preparing materials required for production ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role supports production efficiency by organizing staging and delivering materials to the appropriate areas while maintaining inventory control and adhering to safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPull parts and materials according to work orders and production schedulesAccurately kit materials and label components for production useTransport materials to designated areas using carts pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepanciesOrganize and restock inventory in an orderly and efficient mannerAssist with cycle counts and inventory auditsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environmentCommunicate with team members and supervisors to support production flowPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructionsBasic computer skills for data entry and inventory trackingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsDependable and punctual with a strong work ethicForklift experience/certification a plus but not requiredLinked LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
