Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials WIP and finished goods. Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective material acquisition. Develop and implement material forecasting and planning strategies. Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms quality and delivery performance. Utilize and maintain MRP/ERP systems for accurate material planning and tracking. Lead mentor and develop the materials management team. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management logistics and procurement within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in ERP/MRP systems for demand planning inventory control and production scheduling. Strong track record in inventory optimization forecasting and implementing cost-reduction strategies. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers manage vendor relationships and ensure material availability. Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
