Materials Technician (Full Time Eves) at Overlake Hospital Medical Center

Welcome to a medical center where youre the center of attention.Pay range:-Hourly$23.99 - $35.99Responsible for the workflow processes involved in the storage and distribution of general medical and surgical supplies and equipment including the stocking counting and distributing of supplies and recording the movement of supplies in and out of inventories using the materials management information system (MMIS). The Materials Technician is assigned to several units and is responsible for restocking supply carts adjusting the mix of supply items and par levels. Also interacts continually and effectively with the staff responding to and anticipating their needs in a timely manner and giving updates on new supply items.Full Time / Evening ShiftQualifications:High School graduate or equivalent required.Valid WA Drivers license required.Six months prior materials management experience within a healthcare institution preferred.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language.Frequent periods of walking lifting and standing.
