Baptist Medical Network part of Tenet Healthcare and a system that has served San Antonio for over a century is expanding its MFM program to meet demand in one of the fastest-growing metros in the country. This is a consultative-only role backed by a large, established referral network, which means you'll build volume quickly without starting from scratch. You'll have the clinical autonomy of a private practice setting with the infrastructure, support staff, and reach of a major health system behind you a combination that's genuinely rare.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed MFM position with Baptist Medical Network at Baptist Health System, San Antonio, TX
- Consultative only no delivery obligation
- Large, established referral network enabling rapid practice ramp-up
- Dedicated team of ARMDS-certified sonographers and genetic counselors on staff
- Clinic located in a Medical Office Building (MOB) adjacent to the hospital
- AI scribe technology available to reduce documentation burden
- Dedicated administrative and clinical support staff
- Baptist Medical Network spans 7+ hospitals, neighborhood medical centers, and satellite clinics

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal & Fetal Medicine
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain
