Our students and staff are supported encouraged and most of all have FUN while learning and teaching Math.PositionThis is a part time instructor role with flexible hours for teaching students from elementary through high school math.Training is Provided.Job TitleMathematics InstructorJob ResponsibilitiesProvide instruction/tutoring services for early elementary through high school mathTeach with the Mathnasium Method terminology and teaching practicesWork with team members to provide an excellent experience for studentsAssist with non-teaching/instructional tasksQualificationsA passion for math and working with students from early elementary through high school math in the centerConfident and comfortable with math through Algebra 2Complete a math instructor test to show knowledge of prerequisite math skills at the centerPreferred applicants are currently college students or graduatesConsidered applicants are currently Junior and Senior High school studentsExcellent interpersonal skills and willing to learn and be trainedAvailable and willing to commute to work within a 30 minute radius to the center at 1701 Corporate Dr. Ladera Ranch CA 92694Available and willing to work during center hours 2-7 pm for a minimum of 2 weekdays Mon-Thur for a minimum of 3 hoursAvailable and willing to work through the 2025/2026 school yearHourly Wage $18.00 to $25.00 /hour(experience may increase starting pay) Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
