Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMust have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A contracted opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting located in Vancouver, WA. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans and working closely with students requiring behavioral support.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct one-on-one support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Collect and document data on student progress and behaviorCollaborate with school staff to ensure consistency in behavior management strategiesCommunicate effectively with teachers, parents, and team members regarding student needs and progressQualifications:Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is requiredExperience working with students in school environments preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow detailed behavior plans and protocolsDependable and flexible to meet school schedule needsLocation:Vancouver, WA School-based settingThis position is on a contract basis and supports important behavioral services within a school environment. Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
