This includes all facilities function/reporting faculty support student services student academic advisement health and safety compliance data tracking and reporting faculty support and IT support.This position will work with all levels of Mennonite College of Nursing staff to direct the delivery of an exceptional nursing education experience to the Springfield students. Bachelors degree2. Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in student affairs/services working directly with students customer service/support healthcare or healthcare administration3. Demonstrated experience tracking managing and reporting highly technical confidential and sensitive information and data4. Ability to interact and work effectively in a team environment and with a diverse constituency5. Ability to exercise a high degree of customer service professionalism dependability accuracy and confidentiality6. Ability to prioritize and complete numerous different projects with different deadlines7. Microsoft Office experiencePreferred Qualifications1. Masters degree2. Supervisory experience 3. Experience with academic advising and student recruitment.Work HoursCore hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
