This position not only involves recruitment but also allows you to engage with a network of professionals contributing to the growth and development of the healthcare community.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and assess candidates for orthopedic surgery positionsConduct interviews and provide detailed feedback on candidate suitabilityMaintain relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needsCollaborate with recruitment consultants to align candidate profiles with job requirementsStay updated on industry trends and changes in orthopedic practicesProvide guidance to candidates on career opportunities and professional developmentParticipate in job fairs and networking events to promote available positionsDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies for orthopedic rolesRequirementsMD or DO degree with a focus on Orthopedic Surgery1-3 years of experience in a clinical or recruitment settingStrong understanding of orthopedic surgical practices and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to assess and evaluate medical professionals qualificationsExperience with healthcare recruitment is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPassion for helping healthcare professionals find fulfilling positionsSchedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour day shiftsCall Requirement: 1:4 rotationCases: General orthopedics and foot/ankle casesSupport Staff: 3 additional surgeonsMust be board-certified or board-eligibleCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary RVUsSign-on bonusFull benefitsMedical malpractice coverage Key Skills Arabic Faculty,Furniture,Housekeeping,Financial Consulting,Arabic Employment Type : FULL_TIME Experience: years Vacancy: 1
