Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Butcher/Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on meat-cutting experience, strong attention to portion control, and exceptional knife skills. They should be confident working with beef, pork, lamb, and poultry, and capable of maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while delivering high-quality cuts consistently. Education & Experience:1 year of meat-cutting experience required2 years of hands-on meat cutting experience preferred Responsibilities:Comprehensive knowledge of all major meat cuts, including retail and wholesale specifications.Skilled in precise portion control to ensure consistency and minimize waste.Strong knife skills with the ability to break down beef, pork, lamb, and poultry efficiently and safely.Experience trimming, deboning, grinding, and preparing cuts to customer or production specifications. Qualifications:Knowledge of various meat cuts and butchering techniques.Ability to measure accurately and ensure product quality.Skilled in safely using knives, scales, and other cutting tools.Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime. Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
