Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems failures. Repair and replace defective parts components and equipment using hand and power tools. Install commission and test new manufacturing equipment. Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies during all maintenance activities. Document maintenance activities repairs and parts usage accurately. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics or a related field. 3 years of experience maintaining and repairing production machinery in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints schematics and technical manuals. Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Bonus Qualifications PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience. Welding and fabrication skills. Proficiency with CMMS for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
