Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues troubleshoot malfunctions and repair production equipment. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure operational efficiency. Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals for repair and installation. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Document all maintenance activities repairs and parts used accurately. Assist in the installation relocation and startup of new machinery. Recommended Qualifications Diagnosing and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment (mechanical hydraulic pneumatic systems). Proficiency in industrial electrical systems motor controls and PLCs with the ability to read schematics. Strong understanding and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and other industrial safety protocols. Ability to perform preventative maintenance troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex machinery. Relevant technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics or a related field.
