Duties/Responsibilities may/may not be limited to the following:Job Scope:Work on equipment as neededPosition Requirements:MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE AND CLEAN MVRTechnical school education is a plus, but high school diploma or GED is required.Must be able to pass physicalMust be able to pass drug screenMust be able to pass background checkRequired Skills:Hydraulic/Pneumatic experience preferred, but not necessaryStrong technical aptitudeProblem-solving skillsDiagnostic skillsWide knowledge baseMUST be able to use hand tools efficientlyJob Duties/Responsibilities:Ideal candidate will be working on equipmentIdeal candidate will inspect, keep up and repair diesel engines for company vehicle/equipmentIdeal Candidate will be responsible for routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and partsFollow a checklist of inspection proceduresMust be able to understand the vehicles electrical system, engine, and all of its working parts.Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipmentTest drive vehicles/equipment to diagnose malfunctionsTest-drive vehicles/equipment to ensure that they run smoothlyMaintain the work area clean, safe and organized.Assist in waste disposal and recycling activities.Mange house keeping activities when requested.Understand safety precautions associated with working in trenches and trench boxes.Comply with company policies and legal guidelines, helping to maintain a safe and orderly work environmentMeet quality and performance requirements as outlined by quality assurance and production standardsReport safety hazards, quality, and production issues to management immediatelyPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 55 lbsMust have good enduranceWill be required to bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, and crawl to perform taskAbility to work outdoors in harsh weather conditionsDocuments Required:Driver's License/Identification CardSocial Security Card/Birth CertificateMust have reliable transportationMust be able to pass drug screenMust be able to provide own PPE (hard hat, steel toes, safety glasses, gloves)Pay:Starting at $17.00-$20.00 (DOE)Weekly PayPay schedule: Monday - SundaySchedule:Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)10-12 hour days (with weather permitting)Duration of Job: Temp to hireTasks beyond those listed above will be asked of you, so a positive, can-do attitude is required.Qualified candidates can submit a resume or apply on the attached link: http://ejob.bz/ATS/jb.do?reqGK=27096001&portalGK=14432
