You will be responsible for equipment scheduling vehicle maintenance organization of material deliveries assisting project managers and foreman with getting materials to project role involves supporting daily operations preparing materials scheduling equipment maintaining equipment and vehicles.B&C Enterprises is the go-to name for commercial and residential contracting services. Learn more about us at Responsibilities:Maintain and repair tools as neededMaintain and service equipment (scissor lifts boom lifts telehandlers)Maintain and service vehicles (sales cars pickup trucks and trailers)Maintain fuel and DEF levels in our bulk tanksMaintain maintenance logs on all equipment and vehiclesOversee daily operations in the metal fabrication shop to ensure workflow efficiency safety and productivityMinor building maintenance and repairsMaintain a clean organized and safe shop environmentAccept and unload deliveries and tag materials to the correct projectsOrder and pick up job materials/equipment as neededCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics including shipping receiving and delivery schedulesManage inventory levels & monitor stock movementCoordinate with vendors suppliers and transport companiesMaintain accurate records of shipments deliveries and warehouse inventoryQualifications:Ability to safely operate equipment (forklifts boom lifts etc)Mechanical ability to repair equipmentProven experience in shop or production supervision logistics coordination or a similar roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesValid drivers license and clean driving recordGeneral Computer Skills for logging in service records and machinery locationsAbility to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and effectivelyPhysical ability to lift and move materialsCompensation:$30.00 - $40.00 an hour based on experience401kHealth Dental Vision and Life InsuranceOpportunity for career growth within a dynamic and supportive teamA safe and inclusive workplace cultureRequired Experience:Junior IC Key Skills Shipping & Receiving,Inventory Control,Data Entry,AS400,Transportation Management Systems,EDI,Microsoft Outlook,Warehouse Experience,Office Experience,Dispatching,Microsoft Excel,Logistics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 30 - 40
