Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions in production systems. Execute repairs and replace defective parts ensuring machinery operates efficiently. Install assemble and commission new production equipment and systems. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures during all operations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery including mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment. Technical diploma or certification in industrial maintenance mechanics or a related field. Strong adherence to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics blueprints and service manuals. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting. Welding certification (MIG TIG Stick). Proficiency in CMMS software utilization. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g. 5S Kaizen). Experience maintaining robotic systems.
