In addition, RSG Landscaping LLC. will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.REQUIREMENTS:Driver’s License preferably a Class “A” CDLRelevant Hands-on Experience in the Mechanical fieldDiagnose failures of equipment/vehicles, disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as necessaryPerform preventative maintenance on equipment/vehiclesAnswer road callsMaintain vehicle records as requiredMaintain and repair fleet equipmentMaintain records such as daily check list (pre-trip inspection)Regular, reliable, predictable attendanceEXPECTATIONS:Safety:Ensuring all team members use and understand equipment requirementsEnsuring all equipment is having proper PM maintenance performedPerformance & Quality:Oversee day-to-day site operations shop and equipment serviceMaintaining a schedule and ensuring budgets and quality expectations are being metIdentifying and communicating more efficient ways to perform day-to-day operationsCrew Management:Proper time keeping for payroll and job costingLogging equipment usage and maintenance cyclesProviding the Operations Manager with feedback on equipment needsAssisting the Operations Manager in the development and training of team membersTypical Scheduling Information:Work Week is Monday – Friday, some Saturdays as needed.Typical start time is 7:00 Am to 3:30pmWeekly paychecksEligible for overtime
