You’ll ensure all vehicles operate safely and efficiently, in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Connecting you to great benefitsWeekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)401(k) w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships,  pet insurance, and much more!What you’ll doDetermine repair or maintenance plans for vehicles and equipment based on cost/benefit analysisConduct diagnostics to troubleshoot failures in vehicles and equipmentInspect and provide strategic recommendations for proactive maintenanceFollow work procedures for the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipmentDismantle, repair, and reassemble vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment such as trackhoes, backhoes, and other specialized machineryPerform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotationsEnsure vehicles are clean and fueled at all timesOperate and test vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioningMaintain a clean and orderly workspaceOther duties as assignedWhat you’ll needTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experienceValid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving recordMechanics may be expected to provide their own standard tools. The shop will supply large-diameter and specialty tools as neededA minimum of 1 year experience as a mechanic, preferably with a focus on fleet vehicles or commercial equipmentKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsProficient in diagnostic tools and equipmentPhysical abilities & exposuresRoutinely: Climb stairs, lift between 26 and 55 pounds, bend, stoop, fine hand motion, squeeze, stand, use portable ladder, walk, work in confined spaces, work with arms above shoulder level, operate heavy machinery and vehiclesOccasionally: use keyboard & mouse, lift greater than 55 pounds, work alone in remote locations, and at heights#Zip1Why grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
